Description
· Responsible for delivering Network Deployment services by managing the Approved Service Provider (ASP) company relationships and ensuring that the tools and agreements are in place to maximize their performance and value towards the company.
· Maintain ASP team database at company level.
· Daily coordination to internal stakeholders and ASP's regarding follow ups, action points, support etc.
· Provide support to ASPM's during governance process/meetings
· Local Escalation contact for Authorized Service Provider (ASP) issues.
· Provide information to the ASP's related to the Implementation Services and ASPM support.
· Involvement in external and internal governance meetings.
· Directing several process activities, analyzing processes and procedures, directing resourcing and defining and driving best practices with ASPs.
Job qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business and/or Engineering.
· Minimum of 5 years experience working in the Telecommunications Industry with Network Deployment experience.
· Proven leadership, strong customer relation skills and solid services skills are required.
· Basic knowledge of company products preferred.
· Proven track record of meeting objectives.
· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
· High level of organization and detail orientation required.
· Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and problem solve in pressurized situations.
· Must be able to work independently with great accuracy.
· Ability to influence and motivate people.
· Takes a logical and orderly approach to analyzing problems, organizing work and planning actions.
