As a Customer Care Specialist, you will deliver support to the customers and clients of the world’s biggest and best brands.

Minimum of 2 years BPO experience is a must.
Answering incoming calls from customers
Outbound sales experience is a plus.
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilize various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
