Responsibilities
Design, analyze and develop applications or enhancement of systems complete with testing and documentation before implementation
Analyze and evaluate the needs and requirements of operations and customers before creating a design thru information gathering and consultations to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest solutions
Perform test runs of programs and software applications to ensure that all information and instructions are proper and meet company and customer requirements.
Provide software/applications support and resolve customer issues or problems within own level of authority, communicating or escalating with concerned parties (i.e. immediate superior, manager, partner, customer, station, other departments, regional contacts, etc.) to resolve and expedite action/s when necessary
Implement new applications and regional programs after obtaining user acceptance and following agreed lead times, specifications (proper setup and configuration), and proper coordination with users
Directly revise, repair, or expand current programs, as well as offer system or procedural improvements/enhancements to improve operational efficiency or adapt to new requirements
Recommend and implement cost-cutting methods, policies, and procedures that improve the company's overall efficiency and productivity.
All pertinent documents/records/data (i.e. documentation of program creation and subsequent updates, instructions, etc.) of the company must be correctly filed, updated, safe kept, and kept confidential.

Qualifications
Has knowledge in basic programming: • Web and mobile development, Knowledge in API/EDI (SOAP, REST, HTTPS), MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI), Database programming - MSSQL2017, relational databases and PowerBuilder 2017
