Job Description:
Good experience in supporting the APIs environments (gateway, cloud, microservices, etc.)
Knowledge of API best practices and performance tuning (Rest, microservices)
Experience in API layer like security, custom analytics, throttling, caching, logging, monetization, request and response modifications etc
Experience in API Development and Strategy
Experience in creating REST API documentation using Swagger and YAML or similar tools desirable
Good understanding of data formats such as XML and JSON as well as a basic understanding of methods of data transmission like SSH/SFTP, API etc.
Investigate and fix reported issues
Comfortable in written and verbal communication with teammates from PH, US and India
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
2-8 years of experience in the technology field (API Support)
