Sandbox Business Support Services is currently seeking an Answering Service Representative or Inbound Call Receptionist to join our team of energetic and positive professionals as a member of our Sales Support Employees expected to provide a high level of Customer Service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Answer inbound calls from prospects and properly route these calls to the booking/admissions teams
-Answer inbound calls from students and properly route these calls to the academic affairs team
-Use Salesforce to create/verify Lead record data and document call transfer attempts
-Other related projects or tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0"-
-1+ years in a high volume inbound call center
-Proficient computer and email skills
-Experience with Salesforce is a plus
LANGUAGE: Must be fluent in both written and verbal Standard American English.
EDUCATION: High School/Secondary Diploma (or Relevant Experience)
EXPERIENCE: Entry Level (1-4 years)
