This function will cover the remaining dimensions of the elite agency experience which require focused management such as the helpdesk, appeals and exceptions, agency conflicts, promotion and validation, demotion and off-boarding, and compliance first line of defense. 1. Act as the single point of agency/SMT escalation, review, analysis, resolution, communication, and enforcement of cases raised to helpdesk as queries, simulations, availments, exception appeals, conflicts/issues, ad similar matters -Acknowledgment, case review, committee deliberation, approvals communications and enforcement -Database maintenance and analytics - participants, hierarchy and sequentiality, classification (DOU, single license, etc) , business rule correlation, values (exception amount, assymetirical risk, ageing, and graduation), portfolio value, Pareto risks , status tagging , portfolio value (economic benefits), SLA measurement -Measurement of asymmetrical risks for exception cases -Portfolio reporting to SMT, Agency Heads, CAO -Maintain database for this function to support processing and analytics 2. Administration of the agency promotion and contract validation (P&V) -Consolidate and analyse of all business rules and moratorium offers on P&V -Define and implement reporting protocols to agency, SMT, and CAO -Coordinate with Agency MIS to establish reporting parameters/functional specifications, perform UAT/QA -Conduct P&V reviews with SMT to align with other agency initiatives such as compensation, campaigns, and rewards. -Maintain database for this function to support processing and analytics 3. Administration of the agency off-boarding process -Issue demotion and termination letters (as validated by the P&V and compliance committee) -Update DMS records -Establish accountabilities, recover issued assets, facilitate debit/loan recovery (as applicable), and issue clearances -Liaise with relevant units for final pay processing, withdrawal of provident funds, and egress from other programs -Maintain database for this function to support processing and analytics 4.
