We're looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused Administrative Support to join our growing team. From coordinating travel logistics to driving team engagement, you'll play a key role in keeping our team connected, informed, and inspired every day.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Travel Management
Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for team travel.
Support logistics for conferences, exhibits, and quarterly LT meetings (under direction of team lead).
Calendar Management
Maintain daily updates for meetings, PTO, and other scheduling needs.
Manage annual calendars including birthdays, work anniversaries, holidays, and paydays.
Teams Coordination
Manage KBDB channel content and updates.
Post weekly team updates and celebrate birthdays/anniversaries with timely announcements.
Recurring Engagement Initiatives
Organize monthly happy hours and quarterly virtual outings.
Conduct annual audits of the general team calendar.
Coordinate yearly Core Value award nominations and celebrations.
General Administrative Support
Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
Act as the point of contact for general team member requests and HR coordination.
Capture meeting notes, summarize key points and action items, and post for team visibility.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a passion for supporting others.
Strong communicator with a knack for keeping teams connected.
Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, proactive approach.
Prior experience in an admin or coordinator role is a plus!
