We are looking for an IT Manager - Network & System Administrator to oversee and maintain our company's network systems, servers, and IT security. This role requires a proactive problem solver with strong technical skills to ensure seamless operations and optimal system performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud systems
Oversee system administration, including security, backups, and updates
Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues
Monitor system performance and optimize IT resources
Ensure cybersecurity compliance and implement security best practices
Develop IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security
Collaborate with internal teams to support IT needs and business operations
Implement and upgrade IT solutions to improve overall performance
Document system configurations and processes for future reference
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) in network & system administration
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches)
Expertise in server management (Windows, Linux), virtualization, and cloud technologies
Experience with IT security, backups, and disaster recovery planning
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware/software issues
Strong communication and leadership skills
