DATA ANALYSTS
 
We are seeking two full-time Data Analysts to help us expand and optimize our product listings across multiple online sales channels. This is a data-driven role that requires strong spreadsheet skills, a deep understanding of ecommerce marketplaces, and comfort working with large amounts of data in SellerCloud.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Export and import product data between SellerCloud and sales channels.
Prepare, clean, and optimize spreadsheets for bulk listing creation.
Complete and improve existing listings on 5+ active channels.
Launch full product catalogs on multiple new sales channels.
Research and add missing product attributes or descriptions when needed.
Manage and optimize product images for upload.
Support automation and bulk processing to accelerate listing creation.
Technology Stack
SellerCloud (core platform for inventory, listings, shipping, and financials)
Sales Channels: Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and others
Tools: Excel, Google Sheets, image editors (e.g., Photoshop or Canva), AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini), SQL (basic knowledge helpful)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working with ecommerce data, listings, or marketplaces.
Expert-level Excel skills - filtering, sorting, formulas, pivots, data cleanup, column manipulation, etc.
Hands-on experience listing and managing products on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Experience with Shopify product listings and store management.
Basic understanding of SQL or database queries for importing/exporting data.
Experience with AI tools for data collection and organization.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Able to resize and optimize product images as needed.
