We are looking for a Technical Trainer who will help us shape the next generation of skilled professionals.
 
What You'll Do
Deliver skill-specific technical training aligned with client requirements
Develop training modules, assessments, and certification-aligned materials
Support our ongoing TESDA accreditation and competency-based training standards
Conduct pre-hire technical bootcamps to strengthen our recruitment pipeline
Help build the SOS Academy's programs, systems, and learning culture
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience in technical training, L&D, or BPO operations training
Strong knowledge of tools, systems, or technical platforms used in BPO/Shared Services
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
TESDA TM I/TM II, or NC holder (advantage but not required)
or at least 6 months of Technical Trainer/QA experience (required)
Passionate about teaching, people development, and continuous learning
