Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist monitors critical expenses of the
Company and assists in the preparation of payable reports and other management reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures related to critical accounts of the
Company, including manpower, rental, advertising, freight, and interest.
Weekly update of payable reports for the aforementioned critical accounts.
Perform audit of manpower billings and compare against approved Plantilla Report.
Perform audit of rental billings and compare against Lease Contract.
Assist in the preparation of management reports.
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:
Bachelors or associates degree in accounting, finance, or related.
At least 3-4 years of experience as an Accounts payable specialist, or similar.
Proficient skills using MS Office with strong experience using Microsoft Excel
In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
Extensive experience in account reconciliation.
Demonstrates ability to pay close attention to details with excellent accuracy andcompleteness, and adhere to strict deadlines.
Great time management and organizational skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
