Your Role:
The identified candidate for this role will report to the AP Team Lead:
· Perform day to day processing of accounts payable transactions in accordance with the service level agreement including but not limited to invoice posting, payment processing, issue resolution among others.
· Verify/investigate validity of accounts payable transactions and process accordingly in compliance to the company policies, financial reporting standards, and management requirements.
· Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner and escalating issues as they arise.
· Monitoring of supplier accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
· Perform vendor reconciliation as deemed necessary.
· Perform month-end closing related activities.
· Assist in both internal and external audit.
· Work on adhoc or special projects as directed by management.
· Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Who You Are:
· Open to all Korean Bilinguals coming from any industry.
· Applicant can be Filipino or Native Korean living in the Philippines.
· Requirement: Korean Language Speaker (Can Speak, Read, and Write professionally and proficiently)
· Bachelor's/College Degree of any courses
· Preferable but not a requirement: At least 2 years work experience in Accounts Payable end to end operations and experience working in a shared service center.
· Preferable but not a requirement: Accounting/Finance and SAP experience.
· Fluent in English language skills required.
· Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the organization's objective.
· Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig (Shift Schedule: 8am - 5pm)
