• Prepares financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly closing schedule
• Facilitates and completes monthly closing procedures
• Analyzes revenue, payroll, and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
• Prepares monthly account reconciliations
• Directly communicates with the client of any issues or concerns encountered
• Other projects as assigned
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or other Accounting related course
• Has at least 1 year of related working experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in bookkeeping and accounting practices and principles
• Proficient in ERPs, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
• Good working attitude particularly in dealing with deadlines and reports
