Johnson & Johnson Int'l. (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is recruiting for an ATR Senior Accountant. The role will be based in Paranaque, PH. The ATR Senior Accountant will focus on General Accounting and will perform accounting functions such as financial accounting and tax accounting and possess an understanding of general accounting methods, principles and a basic understanding of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs complex accounting activities associated with maintaining control of accounts, records and for the development of reports in the following areas: disbursements, expenses, tax payment, income, financial accounting, and/or cost accounting.
Reviews monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, verifies financial information, examines reports and verifies accuracy.
Reports on spending against existing contracts and payments to vendors and suppliers.
Verifies daily and monthly financial and accounting transactions with the general ledger system.
Develops and implements solutions to daily accounting issues where procedures may not be well defined.
Leads the automation and streamlining of internal and corporate reporting processes.
Performs various complex general accounting duties including development of reports and analysis of specific accounts as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Accountacy or any Finance related degree
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
At least 3 years of experience in general accounting and/or intercompany
Proficient in using Microsoft Applications. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
Knowledgable in using accounting systems - SAP preferred but not required.
Willing to be working in dayshift schedule and Paranaque City
Attention to details and compliance to standards.
