As our Account Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to grow and fill pipelines. Your contributions will directly impact the organization's mission of helping people find happy careers.
 
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Preferably with experience in Sales, Customer Service, Chat Support, or related roles. Experience handling local accounts is an advantage but not required.
Language Skills: Fluent in Cebuano and Tagalog. English proficiency is preferred but not required.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to lead mining, tracking, and maintaining client data.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to build rapport with potential clients and ensure high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications:
Education: At least college level.
