Summary of Position: The Admin support works to support the administrative functions of the account in APAC. They support the Risk and Engineering Functions and other departments as required
Summary of Responsibilities
Develop and manage Risk/Engineering database to include: - critical works planning, risk management data and information (Risk registers, GIR information and data), facility engineering maintenance period documentation and plans.
Support country teams and regional managers with skills matrix, fact sheets and site induction information
Liaise with country teams to collate critical work schedules, organise meetings, organise and issue approved works schedule to client.
Manages data base for end of life assessment and yearly capital investment upgrades based on equipment replacement programme'
Requirements
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS SharePoint, MS access and other required software
Strong analytical, quantative, process re-design and problem solving skills
Efficient/sound communicator
Diligent and persistent with a high level of accuracy
Capacity to work in multi-cultural, and multi-country environment
Passionate about creativity and enjoys developing news ways to present ideas.
Strong IT skills and good knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel (advance), MS PowerPoint
Effective leadership and team interaction skills
Leverages open, honest communication to build trust and generate enthusiasm within individuals and groups, ability to read and write in English
Inspires direct line reports to push boundaries of performance whilst coaching and developing successors for the future
Any experience in the following roles would be advantageous:
