Job Overview
Winning English Academy is seeking a passionate and child-focused Academic Trainer for Kids to design, deliver, and oversee engaging learning programs for young learners. The role requires creativity, patience, and strong classroom management skills to ensure children thrive academically while enjoying their learning journey.
This position is central to shaping our students' growth and works closely with teachers, parents, and school management to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive and age-appropriate training sessions for children.
Design lesson plans and learning activities tailored to young learners' needs.
Support teachers in implementing effective classroom strategies.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
Facilitate workshops and programs that foster children's creativity, confidence, and academic growth.
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
Collaborate with academic staff and management to align training goals with the school's objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for curriculum and teaching strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, English, or related field.
Additional certifications in TESOL, TEFL, or Early Childhood Training are an advantage.
At least 2-3 years of experience as a trainer or teacher handling children's programs.
Demonstrated experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, or teacher development programs.
Strong background in classroom management and designing child-focused learning strategies.
