We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide comprehensive bookkeeping services, including but not limited to:
 
Job Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliations
Payroll Processing
BAS/IAS Preparation and Lodgement
Accounts Payable and Receivable
P&L Statements Preparation
Trial Balance Reporting
Invoicing and Billing
End-of-Month Management Reporting
Maintenance of Fixed Asset Schedules
Processing Expense Claims and Reimbursements
Key Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum two (2) years of experience using Xero Software.
Familiarity with Xero add-ons, such as Dext (formerly Receipt Bank), Hubdoc, and Futrli, is a plus but not essential
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in Australian bookkeeping and taxation.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your workload independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to high-quality customer service and precision
