We are looking for an Inside Channel Specialist with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in working with Channel Partners. This role will involve managing and supporting our Partners, as well as, working with our Direct Account Executives to deliver the Zoom Platform to our customers. An ideal candidate will be able to cultivate relationships with Partners via Zoom training, marketing campaigns, and phone calls to increase their understanding of Zoom, which will result in an increase in lead registrations and the partnerrsquo;s ascension through the various partner tiers at Zoom.
Duties and responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Partners to help them sell, implement and support Zoomrsquo;s services.
Answer questions via Zoom meetings, email, webinar and phone.
Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement of partners to help them register more leads and graduate to the next tier.
Enable amp; train regional Distribution Managers to sell Zoom to their partner community
Quarterly goal setting amp; review with regional distribution managers
Work with Zoomrsquo;s direct AEs to understand the various Channel Programs.
Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with partner implementation, support and commission escalations.
Understand partnerrsquo;s business and how Zoom services can enhance their value proposition.
Work cross functionally with other team members to deliver on company goals.
Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for Partners.
Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
Exceed revenue objectives.
Minimum competencies
Must be able to create and deliver strong presentations
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
Minimum qualifications
3-5 years working in Channel Sales
Portuguese language proficiency (mandatory)
Ability to build and cultivate relationships with Partners
Proficient in navigating Salesforce
