Training
Ensures that all employees receive comprehensive training on Workforce Management (WFM) procedures, policies, and relevant software tools.
Stakeholder and Business Management
Scheduling
Develops and manages employee schedules based on call volume analysis and staffing forecasts to meet operational requirements.
Data Analysis
Conducts in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, anticipate future needs, and enhance staffing and scheduling efficiency.
Communication
Maintains clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
Problem-Solving
Proactively identifies and resolves issues related to staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
