About the Role
 
We're looking for a hands-on Workato Engineer to join our IT Business Solutions team. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly make our teams faster, smarter, and more efficient.
 
You will design, build, and scale AI-powered workflows and automations that touch multiple areas of the business - from Finance and Operations to Support and Go-To-Market teams.
 
This isn't theoretical - we move fast, ship real solutions, and need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
 
What You'll Do
Build AI-enabled workflows and automation using Workato or similar platforms.
Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.
Partner with business teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities and translate them into actionable solutions.
Implement end-to-end, event-driven workflows across multiple systems.
Promote best practices around automation, security, observability, and maintainability.
Own your solutions from design through deployment and continuous improvement.
Help drive adoption and effectiveness of automation and AI across the company.
What We're Looking For
 
Must Have Qualifications:
Experience with automation platforms such as Workato (or similar).
Hands-on experience building or deploying AI solutions.
Ability to embed AI into automated workflows across multiple systems.
Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
Experience with enterprise SaaS tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or Jira.
Knowledge of data security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
Experience building enterprise-scale, event-driven automation.
