REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak, read, and write Mandarin
Open for Bachelor Degree holder but open to undergraduates
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Familiarity in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook
Open for Native Chinese located in the Philippines

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for handling inquiries of bookings and other concerns
Handling cancellation and confirmation of reservations
Addressing concerns of clients and customers through phone calls and emails
Coordination with accounting department with regards to mapping and payments
Providing alternative accommodation for denied bookings.
