Senior Tax Accountant - New Zealand Based Accounting Practice
Salary: Between 60,000 and 80,000 Peso per month (depending on qualifications and Experience)
Experience: 3 to 5 years - New Zealand Taxation Experience
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
(Auckland and New Zealand Public Holidays will apply)
Location: The candidate will be working from home
Language: English

Job Summary:
The Accountant is responsible for undertaking all accounting activities, including preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and taxation requirements, and delivering associated quality and professional accounting outcomes.
The ideal candidate should have a sound knowledge of New Zealand taxation, payroll, bookkeeping, and admin procedures and will be an asset to the Accounting team.
We are looking for a pro-active, efficient, and experienced senior accountant.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The position requires you to report to the Principal
Your major role is to process and complete annual financial statements and prepare income tax returns
You will work with the Principal who will train you in technical knowledge and review your work.
