We are looking for a highly experienced Appointment Setter.
 
NOTE: It is crucial that you follow "HOW TO APPLY" instructions
 
Shift Schedule: 12:30 AM-9:30 AM PH TIME (09:30 AM-6:30 PM Pacific Time) with 1 hour of lunch (unpaid) and two 10-minute breaks paid.
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
 
Will be following a specific script and calling schedule.  We use Five CRM, Ring Central, and GOOGLE MAPS
Scheduling appointments from very warm leads in specific areas for doctors that are close in proximity and available during the hours we have
Rescheduling missed appointments
Texting when someone doesn't answer
MUST FOLLOW A SCRIPT
25-35 calls per hour
Know rebuttals for answering questions.
Must be able to learn our systems and be fluid at them
Schedule eight appointments per day
Qualifications:
 
Speaks great English without a hint of an accent.
Has sales experience
Typing 50 words per minute
Experience in Google Platforms like Gmail, Maps, and Docs
2 years calling, appointment setting, or sales
Experience using CRM
We need to learn our rebuttals, understand chiropractic care, learn insurance and accident laws and regulations, and become familiar with how we help individuals.
Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanor
Conversational, persuasive and results-oriented
Has own PC or laptop.
Good and reliable internet connection with backup (we will require a speed test)
