Physical Inventory Handling:
Perform accurate receiving, sorting, and stocking of incoming shipments.
Assist in the proper organization and arrangement of inventory items within the warehouse.
Conduct timely and accurate order picking, packing, and preparation for shipment.
Inventory Accuracy & Counting:
Execute daily cycle counts and periodic physical inventory checks.
Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages).
Ensure all inventory items are properly labeled, identified, and stored according to company procedures.
Documentation & System Entry:
Accurately record inventory movements (inbound/outbound) using the warehouse management system (WMS) or appropriate tracking tools.
Generate and verify necessary inventory reports and logs.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the logistics, shipping, and supervisory teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in a role directly related to this position.
Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
Excellent organizational and time-management skillsWillingness and ability to work a shifting schedule (5 days on, 2 days off), including potential evening, weekend, and holiday work
