Lawn Love connects customers in need of lawn care services with qualified professionals in their area. Based in San Diego, California, Lawn Love offers virtual support to thousands of customers and lawn care professionals in over 120 cities across the U.S.
We are looking for experienced individuals in the Philippines to join our seasonal support team now!
Job Details:
This is a home-based position and will be part-time to start (about 20 hours per week) with the possibility of transitioning to full-time (40 hours per week). Your seasonal contract would end in September or October. Strong performers may have the option to rejoin the following season - we have many remote agents on the team that are starting their third season with us this year!
All shifts are based on U.S. service hours and our support team operates 7 days a week. This position involves heavy phone, email, chat, and CRM support work. If accepted, you would begin a 2 week full-time paid training session before your task assignment begins.
Starting salary is PHP 125 / hr. with additional performance-based compensation. No cap on performance-based commissions, with target earnings between 150-200 PHP (night differential & 13th-month pay included. Starting salary is non-negotiable).
What you'll do at Lawn Love
Assist customers and lawn professionals with account management and support related questions.
Manage a high volume (50+) of inbound/outbound calls, chats or emails daily.
Maintain performance metrics of productivity and quality.
Follow department processes and policies to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a positive and energetic attitude with customers, peers, and management.
Requirements
EXCELLENT English communication skills (verbal, written, and comprehension).
High-speed, reliable internet access (10 Mbps download/upload speed or higher).
Personal computer (at least Intel core i3 and 4GB RAM), webcam and noise-canceling headset.
A quiet space to work that is free from distractions.
Flexible schedule - Available to work U.S. hours and weekends.
Reliable attendance - No frequent power outages or internet connection issues.
A minimum of 1 year experience working in a support role.
Prior home-based experience preferred.
Knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, Zendesk, Zoom, and CRM systems preferred.
