Supervisor:
Provides leadership and directions to a team of Operations Specialists
Monitors workflow and manages queue for maximum performance across the team. Ensures compliance with Chase policy and procedures.
Responsible for team performance as it pertains to loan quality, productivity and accuracy
Experience with oversite from UW Process Management Team. Responsible for direct feedback to staff and developing their team by providing them the tools and the training necessary to ensure they excel in their jobs
Responsible for meeting and exceeding company standards for productivity, quality, turn times and internal customer satisfaction.
Develop the skills of subordinates through goal-setting, delegation, training, counseling and performance management.
