Job Overview:
 
We are looking for a skilled US Recruiter to join our team on a night shift schedule. This role is critical in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for clients and internal teams across the United States. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in US recruitment compliance, including I-9 verification and USCIS work authorization.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offers, and onboarding.
Partner with US hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Ensure compliance with I-9 requirements and USCIS work authorization rules.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Represent the company professionally, enhancing our employer brand.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of US recruitment experience (end-to-end).
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and familiarity with USCIS documentation and processes.
Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across different time zones.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working night shifts.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
