Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions across home health, hospice, and assisted living divisions
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for both clinical (nurses, aides, therapists) and administrative roles
Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, and cultural fit
Present qualified, well-vetted candidates to the US-based hiring team
💼 Collaboration & Pipeline Management
Partner closely with in-office recruiters to prioritize urgent and hard-to-fill roles
Maintain clear candidate tracking and communication within ATS or CRM systems
Build and manage talent pipelines for ongoing and future recruitment needs in Minnesota
Provide consistent updates and insights on recruiting progress and market trends
📢 Candidate Engagement & Outreach
Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing channels to reach top healthcare talent
Ensure candidates are aware that all roles are Minnesota-based, requiring local residence
Represent the company's values, professionalism, and commitment to patient care throughout every candidate interaction
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
✅ Who You Are
3-5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare or medical staffing
Proven ability to fill high-volume or hard-to-fill positions quickly and efficiently
Excellent English communication skills - clear, professional, and culturally adaptable
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up with candidates and hiring teams
Able to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST to align with US operations
Must ensure all recruited candidates are based in Minnesota (USA)
