VIDEO CONFERENCING (VC) SUPPORT SPECIALIST
 
Location: Makati City, Metro Manila - Full-Time Onsite
Shift: 8:30AM - 5:00PM PHT
 
Be part of a team that supports Microsoft Teams Room environments across the Asia-Pacific region. We're looking for a VC Support Specialist based in Manila who is tech-savvy and customer-focused to deliver exceptional VC and AV support.
 
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-person and remote support for Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Monitor and troubleshoot AV/VC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Proactively identifies issues and acts to implement solutions.
Manage incidents, problems, and service requests using ITIL tools.
Collaborate with international support teams and liaise with IT/network teams.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
Support system upgrades, installations, and compliance activities.
About You
3+ years in VC/AV support or concierge roles, ideally in corporate settings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, unified communications platforms, and audiovisual (AV) technologies, including deployment, configuration, and management of meeting room solutions through centralized administration portals
Bonus: Experience with Teams Rooms on Android, DSP, and room acoustics.
