We have IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for multiple Customer Service Representatives. Must be great at conversational English. FUN environment with opportunity for growth. Agents will be working with US based customers. After regularization we offer company paid HMO and Life insurance.
Requirements:
Fluent in English at a conversational level
Ability to work US business hours (night shift)
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Prefered:
Previous experience in a customer support role
