We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to fill-in the position of CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES / TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES with the following qualifications:
A high school graduate
Typing skills with at least 35WPM
Knows how to do basic computer operations
Has knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Must have at least 1 year experience w/ Customer Service/Technical Support
Responsibilities:
Takes phone calls from customers
Answers questions about the products or services
Answers any customer inquiry and resolves technical issues
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Ensures customer satisfaction
