POSITION: Application Support Analyst
WORK LOCATION: Parañaque City (upon hiring), Will deploy to the applicant if needed (Location will depend)
WORK SCHEDULE: Office (Mondays to Saturdays 9 am-6 pm), If outside the office, the schedule will depend on the applicant's requirements.
SALARY RANGE:Php 18, 000.00 to Php 30, 000.00
Application Support Analyst is responsible to identify and resolve the application issues, in accordance with the organization's application support procedures. The Support Analyst shall assist the Application Support Manager in the coordination of developing potential application enhancements with the stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, and equivalent
Experience
1-3 years experience in software development
Knowledge of Ticketing Support Services
Knowledge of ITIL Process
Experience in Linux Basic Command
Knowledge in Middleware
Technical / Professional Skills (any two or more of the ff:)
Knowledge o Microsoft Windows Server
SQL, Java, API, Linux (Basic Command), MySQL
Non-Technical / Soft Skills
Proficient in written and spoken English
