Analyze, assess and provide recommendations specific to a product/service's end-to-end ideal user experience and interaction
Collaborate with sponsors and with UXA in translating high-level and detailed business user requirements (BUR) into design recommendations, in the form of detailed wireframes
Create paper prototypes using wireframes Create interaction design/behaviour guides for services/products with digital interfaces
Assist in user testing by collaborating with the Design Research team in designing test plans
Research on interaction design trends
Ensure that wireframes are compliant with UX standards Plan and implement new designs
Optimize existing user interface designs
Test for intuitivity and experience
Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
