KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will head UI Ecommerce Strategy to drives explosive growth and lead the execution E2E with cross functional team for Ecommerce Ambition 25% business size for UI in 2025
Lead 3 key channels (Pureplay, Social Commerce and Fast Delivery)
E-Retailer Direct Management, Ecom Enablers Management & Ecom Operating Company Management
Lead Ecom ABDM and collaborate with E-Retailer/ Ecom Enablers, Operating Company to implement the Ecom Joint Business Plan
Develop optimal integrated Ecom promo plan (incl. selling the plan at the customer) and manage promo & media investments. (Onsite and offsite)
Provide clear objectives and deliverables for the Ecom partners and collaborate with Ecom ABDM, in countries BDM and (Operating Company Team for PH & ID) for driving Regional Ecom Campaign
Deliver the agreed plan, measure achievement of counterparts set in the agreement
Drive Design4Ecom portfolio
Lead & Manage Internal UI Ecom Processes
Monitors implementation and adherence to UI Processes internally across functions and externally with the Ecom Enablers and direct marketplace customers
Monitors the performance of business partners and build the E-RTM for new market (i.e. North Asia)
Communication: Shares actual performance of Business with the Internal Business Partners.
Sales Operations Management
Design, lead, and measure Ecom performance & reporting (i.e. OSA, onsite/ offsite investments ROAS)
Ensuring speed to market for New Product Launching on time in full
Build database for Ecom (Pilot Project Management for Automation based on Ecom report that we can retrieve from market place system/ Ecom distributor), this is to ensure we maximize the investment type spend and recommend high ROI activities with the report built
Owner for Ecommerce P&L.
Business Development Projects Management
Lead the Operationalization of the agreed initiatives
Ensure timely delivery as per project timeline
Provide clear network update - on actual vs planned
Lead coordination meetings of the multi-Functional team for customer specific projects
Organize project meetings, prepare minutes and follow up actions. Escalate if critical milestones are likely to be missed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
10 plus years of business experience, preferably in Ecommerce Pureplay
Experience in Customer Marketing/ Shopper Marketing, FMCG E-commerce, Brand Building (when wanting to develop an Ecommerce Go-to- Market career)
Experience in Budgeting & Planning, Joint Business Planning and Negotiation with Ecommerce Platforms
Ability to set up E-RTM
Ability to operate on a cross-national scale and develop remote management skills
Ability to travel in the cluster up to 10% of time (if required for direct marketplace customers)
Finance business partnering skills
Ability to seize the big picture and also to deep dive into details & performance reporting for Ecom
Ability to stick to the role as outlined and not be dispersed by non-core local activities
Self-confident integrity is a must, as the difficulties of the job will test incumbents regularly on their values and they will be often carrying difficult messages to their business partners and key customers
