Position: Travel & Expense Credit Card Specialist
BASIC FUNCTION OF JOB
This position performs expense report auditing, internal policy quality control, and dispute/error resolution in addition to creating, running, and analyzing data for Concur and Travel related reporting in support of a high-volume Concur Travel and Expense team. This position also
assists teammates with travel arrangements, meeting planning and events.

What you'll need to join Insight
Process all new credit card apps
Process all new credit card applications
Track card usage
Research declined cards
Accounting of credit card transactions
Preparing payment data
Reporting, and data analytics
Provide customer support for internal teammates, respond to queries via email, phone, and/or Teams
Process expense reports for terminated teammates
Assist new users and first-time cardholders
Review and approve expense report submissions in Concur for accuracy and compliance to company policy within current service level expectations
Ensures compliance with established internal travel policy by examining expense report submissions via Concur
Partners with Travel and Expense team to resolve issues
