DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops, maintains, and strengthens constructive relationships while securing support and forming partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Carries out organizational strategy utilizing job knowledge with a clear understanding of the program's operational functions. Exercises judgment around opportunities representing the most potential for innovation and return on investment.
Works to improve and reinforce the performance of others through clear communication of expectations, constructive behavioral feedback, and encouragement; Holds individuals accountable for commitments, tracks progress against goals, and drives for performance improvement through measurable results.
Effectively uses written and oral communication skills to express thoughts and ideas in an appropriate manner.
Uses a logical approach and draws on experience and knowledge to proactively address problems or manage a situation; calls on other resources as necessary.
Uses technology effectively across the different areas of expertise. Identify when and how to use technology as a training development solution and tools for success.
Uses key learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning solutions. Captures, distributes, and archives intellectual capital to encourage knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
Effectively manages time and resources to ensure work is completed thoroughly and efficiently.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
Make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Coordinate with external training vendors or partners when necessary to supplement internal training efforts or to provide specialized training programs.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, employee progress, and training-related expenses for reporting and auditing purposes.Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/College degree.
2+ years of experience as Training Manager
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key internal/external stakeholders.
Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitude.
Work setup: Must be willing to work at 1 Nito Tower, Lahug, Cebu City
