QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
Must be a CPA.
Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role, preferably in real estate or construction.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial management.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Monitor cash flow and budget to ensure financial health and alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants for compliance and reporting.
Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
