Customer Onboarding Specialist (COS) - FXall Admin - The Customer Onboarding Specialist (COS) is expected to fulfill onboarding requests and provide technical service and support in relation to the REFINITIV FXall product. The key priority for the COS is onboarding clients quickly and accurately to ensure client satisfaction and revenue recognition for our business. The team will be composed of well-rounded individuals who has awareness of the many facets involved with client onboarding and configuration. COS team members will also pursue our mission and values by demonstrating intermediate or higher knowledge across key functional areas. This includes, but is not limited to: user creation, account setup, client configuration, integration testing, reporting and client/broker mapping tables.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
User Setup/Configuration
Account Setup/Maintenance
Configuring/Scheduling Client Reports
Environment Planning, Integration, Migration and Testing
Administer Broker/Bank Liquidity Mappings
White Label Environment Admin
Provide Technical Guidance to Clients during Implementation
Liaise/Coordinate Onboarding Tasks with Technical, Networking and Communication Partners
Engage with GTM Account Teams, Customer Support and Finance as part of Client Go-Live Handover
Communicate Product Changes to Clients
Troubleshooting Production Issues
Respond to Internal and External Inquiries regarding Configuration and Functionality
Create/Maintain Internal Facing Onboarding Documentation
Required Skills and Experience
University qualified with a degree related to the financial markets, the finance sector and/or business
Proven experience in a technical support and/or implementation role
Basic understanding of FX/Equities market and Electronic Trading Platforms
Ability to communicate and engage effectively, verbally and in writing, in English and any other designated languages with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work with virtual teams to successfully deliver projects
Experience with Client facing activities
Flexibility with work times 24/5 - including rotational shift work.
Experience on basic technical troubleshooting (Windows and network troubleshooting, software and hardware).
Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a mission critical / time pressured environment
Willingness to undertake additional projects and responsibilities from time to time.
Understanding of project management principles
Logical thinker/problem solver who is self-motivated and a strong contributor within a team
Detail orientated with sound information probing skills
Good knowledge of the REFINITIV FXall product, internal systems and processes
Desired Skills and Experience
Proven experience to work independently, shows good time management and escalation decision making
Experience in project management
