Job Summary
MonetizeMore is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes and is comfortable working in a remote work environment.
Purpose of the Role:
Total Rewards is a tool in conjunction with Performance Management System and Career Planning that is utilized to attract, motivate and retain employees.
It aligns and links the Reward Strategy/Philosophy with the Performance Management System, Career Planning/Pathing with the HRIS acting as the repository of all data needed to generate analytics on areas such as attrition cost, hiring cost, promotions, manpower budget, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Total Rewards and Recognition:
Collaborate with the HR Manager in the planning and implementation of all salary and benefit programs
Conduct research into best practice total reward schemes, reviewing existing schemes and identifying areas of improvement
Structure local and other countries (if applicable) incentive plan programs
Assess any reward compliance related matters, offering advice on key subjects
Assess the effectiveness of current programs in relation to the company objectives and implement change where necessary
Conduct Job Evaluation and benchmarking methodologies
Advise and inform employees of changes and developments related to benefits including eligibility, coverage, and provisions
Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration.
Performance Management System Administration:
Ensure that performance outcomes are directly linked to total rewards and recognition philosophy
Institutionalize a Performance Management System data to facilitate analytics on employees' performance dimensions
Human Resource Information System (HRIS):
Oversee the daily operation of HR Information Systems
Generate reports on turnover, hiring costs, manpower budget and benefits
In conjunction with the Performance Assessment results, perform data analytics on demographics for purposes of Career Planning/Pathing
Process employee data like leaves, wages and working hours
Enroll new hires and enter information including contact details and job titles
Design manuals and document data processing procedures
Career Planning/Pathing:
Utilize analytics generated by PMS in determining career planning/pathing trajectory
Job Requirements:
Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree or the equivalent
5 years of related work experience (preferably with solid background in Total Rewards, PMS and HRIS
Certification in Compensation Management/Total Rewards is desirable
