Rate:  24K Basic, 4K Allowance, 2K for internet and utilities plus 13th month pay
Schedule: Flexible - Day or night shift, weekends included; Overtime may be required;
 
Schedule is subject to change:
Thurs-Mon: 1pm-10pm PST with 1hr lunch break
Fri-Tues: 9am-6pm PST with 1hr lunch break
Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm PST with 1hr lunch break
TICKETING AGENT (WORK FROM HOME)
 
Responsibilities:
Booking flights, issuing tickets
Processing cancellations, re-bookings and special requests for travel
Communicating with sales agents and airlines on all aspects of flight reservations
Process payments, refunds and adjustments 
Inventory management 
Maintaining and updating internal systems
Admin duties: Filing, reviewing and tracking of orders, stock etc
Skills Required:
Previous experience in the airline industry is required
Ability to problem solve issues with airlines for flight schedule changes etc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving,  analytical skills and ability to multitask
