Position: Thai Customer Care Supervisor

Basic Salary is net (tax paid by the company)
Salary can be paid thru the currency of the candidate's choice. The company will assist with telegraphic transfer and the company will shoulder all taxes and charges for the bank transfer.

Company-provided Accommodation
Vacation Leave: 24 credits upon hire. Increasing per year of service.
Sick Leave: 10 credits upon hire.

Probationary Period of 3 to 6 months maximum. Guaranteed increase upon regularization.
Annual Variable Bonus: Year End bonus based on performance.

Requirements:
Preferably Thai national
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
Preferably residing in Manila
Customer Service experience
Good English communication skills
Willing to work in Makati City
Willing to work in an Online Gaming company
Responsibilities:
Provide dialogue script prompts for customer service associates to read during their phone calls.
Keep on top of and provide training for new company products and services.
Handle issues that have escalated from customer service associates.
Investigate customer issues/problems and create mutually beneficial solutions.
Request feedback from customers.
Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules, according to budgets and workloads.
Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
