Rate: 4/hr, and earn 40,000 PHP +/month
 
Schedules:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM MT
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EDT
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM CT
Lunch Break: 30 minutes to 1 hour, (To be determined)
Final schedule to be discussed and confirmed based on candidate availability and account needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls using provided lead lists
Set and confirm appointments for sales representatives or clients
Follow scripts and meet daily/weekly call targets
Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records
Provide reminders and follow-ups as needed
Additional tasks as assigned by the client
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or appointment setting
Good to excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Must have a reliable internet connection and computer setup
Good to have:
Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot is a plus
