Handle customer requests, account verification, product feature inquiries, and the like.
Maintain company standards during recorded calls in order to ensure high quality service.
Provide excellent support and reassurance to customer in resolving any concerns.
Assist on minor or basic technical troubleshooting while escalating complex issues to the level 2 technical support team.
Minimum Qualifications
Filipino
Completed at least one year of college or associate degree
With at least 6 months BPO customer service or technical support experience handling an international voice account
Good English communication skills
Amenable to work on shifting schedule (including night shift).
Willing to be assigned in Fort BGC (work from home arrangment during quarantine)
Must posses a personal computer with at least 20mbps internet speed
Salary Offer: Basic and allowance P18,000 to P26,000
