We're looking for Technical Support Representative.
 
Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for resolving issues related to troubleshooting of the application and devices used (iPad, tablet, mobile phone, etc.), transaction inquiry, reconciliation, and account flow.
 
Specific Knowledge/Certification required:
Should have experience in troubleshooting iOS/Android devices
Good to excellent communication skills
Minimum job requirements:
At least Highschool Graduate, SHS graduates are also welcome
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
At least 6 months Technical Support Experience
Must be willing to work at Mandaluyong
Flexible and adaptable to change
Salary and Benefits:
23k probationary package, Weekly attendance bonus
