Job Technical Support Representative
Assisting customer in doing troubleshooting steps for technical issue and units. Providing customer service and customer satisfaction to resolve an issue related to Technology. Supporting customers when it comes to troubleshooting issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College Graduate (4 years) IT or any Computer related Courses **No BPO experience needed**
2. Adapters with Tech or IT experience are also welcome to apply.
3. having 3 months and up Tech Support experience in BPO setting is preferred.
