We are looking for customer-centric individuals to join our Technical Support Team!

Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education & BPO experience.
Must have at least six (6) months of related sales experience.
Average to Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge in PHP, Webhosting, Wordpress Content Management is an advantage.
Highly motivated, dedicated and self-driven individual
Knowledge in basic email client set-up
Computer / Internet savvy
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
