*The Technical Support Representative new hire is expected to work from home for the mean time due to COVID. Once everything is back to normal, the Technical Support Representative new hire will be expected to report in either our IT Park or JY offices in Cebu.
General Description: The Technical Support Representative is responsible for technical service support to internal and external clients including: fielding and resolving technical service issues with end customers, providing troubleshooting support and identifying solutions.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of new client phone system
Coordinate with the onboarding of new clients to new phone system
Coordinate with the transition of clients from their old phone system to the new phone system
Coordinate with onsite teams with set up of phones
Provide assistance in troubleshooting with any client concern regarding the phone system
Provide progress reports with regards to ongoing implementations
Provide training to clients with regards to the new phone system
Requirements:
A graduate of any Bachelor's degree
Strong English communication skills
Knowledge with Vonage phone systems is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Knowledge in troubleshooting VOIP or IP Phones
General Technical Support Skills
Must PREFER to work in graveyard shift
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Willing to work in either our Cebu IT Park or JY office.
