Description
Our client is a software provider for Real Estate disclosure; they are a provider of a comprehensive platform that caters for Real Estate Agent and their clients' secured transactions.
We are in need of Technical Support reps that will mainly provide chat support service to assist customers in need; walk them through the company website and credentials, follow up on customer payments, and set-up customer appointments.
Job Qualifications:
• At least 3 years total experience in a BPO industry
• Experienced technical support
• Experienced chat or email support
• Amenable to work in Clark office
• Amenable to work in midnight shift
• Work Schedule: 12 am - 9am / 1am - 10am (Tuesday to Saturday)
