At least 2 years' experience in a BPO call center setting.
Customer service experience handling UK account
Basic IT troubleshooting experience would be beneficial.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personalities.
Desire to anticipate customer needs paired with the drive to provide a consultative solution.
Prolific communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to organize and implement priorities; manage multiple tasks, in a dynamic environment.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
